My Tajo's {Cloth Diaper Products}

Howdy,
   Guess what I have been up to... Switching my daughter to cloth diapers! I know I know, you are thinking "Gross... I could never do that!" Well, I was one of those ladies. I have to admit, I think I actually love Cloth more than I loved the convience of disposables. I met a mamma named Michelle on a cloth diaper site on Facebook recently. She informed me that she has started her own cloth diaper site and would like if I did some product shots of them for her. Well, I did. My sweet little Hayden got to model some, and in exchange for reviews and photography, I got to keep some of the diapers she modeled!!! Let me tell you, they are AMAZING!!!

Howdy!!!
   It has been sooo long since i have been on here!! I miss you guys!

We have been thru alot lately. I will go into that on my next blog, but this one is special. I have a friend on Instagram who took a picture of a bracelet. I inturn asked her about it. And my was I overwhelmed with her response. The bracelet she was wearing was to help support a sweet little girl named LindseyLou. Lindsey is waiting for a new heart. I got my 3bracelets Thursday afternoon and have been wearing mine ever since. I have already been asked by several people what it is for. They all send their prayers to this amazing and strong family. I honestly don't know what I would do if I was faced with such a hard time with my own daughter. DiscoveryGreen{Photoshoot &sash pad}

Howdy,

   So, today I took my 9month old to a photo-shoot! It was awsome!!! She had the best time, ecspecialy since she got to eventually play in a splash pad. The shoot was for a local mom of her son that just turned 5! His little brother and dad joined in on some of the fun. They played hide-n-seek, tag, & ran up and down the hills. We found a lady-bug and climbed a tree. I LOVED capturing those amazing moments.

  Oh, did I mention there was a splash-pad involved! Oh mee oh my was it fun. After I took some amazing shots of the boys splishing & splashing, I let Hayden have some fun. She crawled all over and would get upset whem the water disappeared.{So silly} and now I'm gonna share a picture of my Little One:)  Enjoy your weekend, and have a super great week! Here is a session I feel Honored to be apart of. A Great Grandma, Grandma, Mom, Daughters, and Daughters daughters. The session was done 2days after the Great G-ma got out of the hospital, and at her house. It was amazing to feel how much LOVE was surrounding me even though it was my first time meeting them. Crazy life{not enough time to write}

BLOOM by Kelle Hampton

I startes reading this book last week and I can mot put it down! It talks about her strugglea with finding out at delivery her 2nd daughter has DownSyndrome. Its her struggles with finding out, being at peace with it and finally being able to make the best of it. It is very heart breaking and heart warming all at the same time. If you ever get a chance, please go and buy it.

The weekend

Well,

   We actually survived the Reunion. It could be because my aunt wasn't there(blessing in disguise) or the fact there was 2other babies there, but either way it went quit smoothly. Other than the fact she took tiny power naps a couple times that day and didn't actually fall asleep and sleep good til our way home. It was a good day.

   Then, Sunday brought on my 1st Mothers Day! I got to sleep in, thanks to Hayden sleeping in to. We woke up and played a little, then we went to lunch! My choice, so I chose Carino's. And man did I make a good choice!!! Hayden ate bread and her very first spaghetti noodle :). After that we came home and just relaxed until I had to leave for a 5generation photo session :).

   And boy do I feel blessed to feel apart of that. It was my client(who is my age), her 2sisters, her 3nieces, her mom, grandma, and her 86yr old great-grandma. It took almost 2hrs from start to finish to get it all done, but it was very much worth that time away from my own family. The laughter and the smiles,jokes and normalcy that was there I felt just ate home and apart of their family. They were completely themselves and it all came natural to them. I have also been given the oppertunity to basically be an on-call photigrapher for them. It was definantly a great experiance that I am glad I took.

   After I got home, we went to dinner with my husbands family. and we have realized that Hayden is getting to that age where its getting harder to take her to reaturaunts with us. But, I've learned that your children won't ever learn how to act in public unless you bring them in public. So, we will continue to bring her and people will have to get over the fact my 8month old gets excited about French frys and her sippy cup. She is learning to talk and tho she doesnt know what an inside voice is, I'm gonna let her talk. The awkward stare you are giving me is mot gonna change it, and the fact your 5yr old is screaming and crying because you didn't order his food right is worth the stare you just gave me. But, I'm the bigger person and just smiled while my child watches and I tell her, "see Hayden, that is how you will NOT act, and id you do, we will not be going places until you act right."

   Anyways, I really need to start editing some pictures from Sunday before little bit wakes up :). I hope you all enjoy your day, and have a super great week. Be on the look out for some photo veiws from past sessions.

What a week

ThhmhHowdy,

  Wheew what a week! Its been full of teething baby, getting caught up on laundry, and today I was trying my hardest to get packed (on time) to go to my Mamma's... Well theon-time part didnt happen but, we are finally on our way!

   Not to sure what all I have talked about this week, but here goes. Hayden started pulling up on things and standing this week!!! Lord am I in trouble now, lol, but I'm super excited about it. My little girl is groing up sooo fast! In 3short Weeks, she has mastered sayung Mamma, waving hello &byebye, and pulling up on things :). Oh and did I metion NEVER leave home without crunchies for an 8month old??? Um, yea I did that last night when we went to eat at my fav place, BUFFALO WILD WINGS. Hayde and I ended up walking to Kroger across the parking lot to get crunchies and a babyfood squeeze pouch. Needless to say, dinner was very intresting!

   Anyways, we are headed to BridgeCity Texas to see my parents and go to a family reunion. It should be interesting. It will definantly work my patience tomorrow. Hoping people don't just walk up and expect to take Hayden from me. There will be another baby there (her little cousin thats 6months) to play with her hopefully. She's not always the bes around people she hasn't met before.

   Well, gonna stop typing cause I'm starting to feel carsick a little. I will definantly share some pictures later. Oh and Happy Mother's day to all you Mommy's out there! I'm excited cause its my 1st one ever! And I,will be doing a 5Generation photoshoot that afternoon!

The last 24hrs

Well, it hasn't been all that great. Started off with massiveheadache and fussy baby, to what I thought was a life,long friend back stabbing and lying about me. I hate when others believe a lie and when you try to set people straight, they don't want to believe the one person who knows the whole truth. But, it has made me want to re-evaluate who I bring or let around my family. It hurt me really bad yesterday, but the sad thing is I knew it was going to happen eventually.

  But on a good note, Hayden ate waffles for the 1st time and LOVES them :) She also can wave hi and bye now!!!

I.m done ranting now....

Friends never forgotten <3

Howdy,

  Today has been a rough day. Hayden was worn out still from our awsome day with my in-laws and pool,& I have had a sinus headache for 4days now. But anyways, I also stood in line for 2hrs with a fussy baby to get my registration for my car.

  But, the highlight of my day is, a friend that I havent seen in almost 2yrs, contacted me on Facebook! it's crazy how after so many years we just had a conversation like the onea we used to have. I can remember when we worked together at a dealership (feels like ages ago) and I would as her advice for a many of things. And when we would listen to MichealJackson her son would wiggle like crazy in her belly and we would laugh for what fekt like an hour. It felt really good for her to compliment me on my Photography and ask me about setting up a family session! I really am excited we are both stay-at-home mommy's and we are gonna meet up for lunch soon. I.ve thought about her amd her little family often and truely feel like she is one of those friendsthat no matter how much time passes by your still good friends and its like no time has passed.

  Do you have any friends like that? If you do, don't let them go. Always touch base with them as mucj as you can.

Worship

Here I sit in church, and think to myself... What am I doing in life to worship God? What can I do to please him? And then I am finding myself thinking, how do I know one person or thing created the whole world? Who created him? Is it logical to believe in one person or thing? Why must we question somthing we have once believed in?? Why does my heart hurt when I feel myself drifting off frm going to church? Why do I feel weird and alone when I am at church? Why? Why? Why?.... Then I relize I will never truely know the answer to these questions, so why ask WHY?

I'm niw almost in tears because the song that is being sung around me is pulling at my heart and I relize I believe in God because he is the one thing in this world that I can turn to and speak to and know what I am feeling or struggling with won't get around to other people or get misunderstood. It makes me feel at peace once I release it all on him. I feel like I'm happier and stronger when I spend time learning/singing/pouring out whats weigjing on my heart on a daily basis. God or no God, believe what you want. But I will praise and worship Nd teach my daughter to love and be guided by GOD!!!

I'm crying now... Be blessed!!!!

{Crazy Stressful Life}

Howdy!
  Omg it feels like forever since I have been on here! And boy has it been one cazy week and a half!!!!

   Well, for starters, Last saturday we threw my Mother-in-law a suprise 50th Party. No one showed up except family (which she later told me she rathered it be that way) but it was super fun non-the less! Then,  I did my very 2st Maternity shoot last sunday. (it was Awsome) And then, the crazy began!! The next day(monday) my hubby woke up with a stomach bug at 4am. He was up just about every 30minutes. Hayden still had her Ear Infection so I was trying to be SUPERMOM. All she wanted was to cuddle with mommy(Love those moments, but my house was a wreck, and I had lots of editing to do). The next day (Tuesday) Hubby went to work, and Hayden slept in.So, I started editing. I would stop long enough to feed Hayden, get her content, and start right back up again on editing. at 11 I had a meeting and class so not much else got done till that night. Wednesday came and I only had about half my work done, a dirty house, and a semi Happy baby... so we went to the mall and walked around with a friend &her adorable daughter(3months old) and after about the 3lap we decided we were done. She invited us to her house for some Fun-In-The-Sun. And of course me loving being in the sun we went! Hayden had soooo much fun splashing in the pool and dunking her face in the water! It was the cutest thing ever!

   Thursday came, and I knew I had to get some work done. I cleaned up the house some, and worked Super late to finally finish editing pictures. By Midnight I called it quits with 8pictures left to finish. Friday I woke up and finally finished everything! We went to meet some ladies to get some awsome stuff for Hayden, and then went to the mall. My hubby called me about 2 o'clock with some awsome news! He was on his way to his best friends house to finally get a few boxes of books they didnt need anymore :) and well.. My living room floor has been invaded by boxes of all kinds of Amazing books I cant wait to read to our munchkin!!!  Oh and did I mention I also found a certain sippy-cup for Hayden that I have been looking for, for like 2weeks! It has a bee on it!!! Anyways, I also met up with the lady from Sunday to finally give her the Pictures! She LOVES THEM!!!

   Then came Yesterday. My husband finally took us to the Zoo! And might I say, I am so pleased that we waited so long to take Hayden. She was the funniest little thing when we took her to the Aquarium portion of the Zoo! Eric (my hubby) would stand with her at the glass of each tank so I could take pictures of her/them. When she would get really excited she would stick her toungue out and growl at the fish all the while, she is trying to touch the fish thru the glass. lol It was Hilarious! Until, we got to the big tank with the fish the size of Haydens whole body... Seh did not like them. She grabbed real tight on her daddy's neck and started whinning, trying to get away from it!. I probably shouldn't have laughed, but to me it was kinda funny because I have never seen her get scared of something before. We had a blast watching her react to all the animals. By the end of our walk around the Zoo she had fallen asleep and missed the Flamingos & the Ducks. But, it was a very succesfull trip :).

   Today I was supposed to have a 5-Generation Photoshoot, but my clients Great-Grand mother is sick and in the Hospital. We rescheduled for next weekend. But my hubby just left the house to go fishing with his best friend. So, its just me and Hayden today. I 'm sure we will be headed to church later, and maybe go window shopping afterwards. But whatever it is I know it will be fun. I'm looking forward to see what this week has in store for me. If anything exciting happens, I'll be sure to let you know :). DIY Reading Bench/Corner & Wall Decor

Okay Ya'll, I am FINALLY finishing this blog :) it has been 2weeks in the making and might I say it was sooooo worth the wait of finally finishing everything to put on it :)

So here goes Hubby's portion:

Reading Bench

This is what he started with. (well kinda. I decided to actually take the pictures of him working on it after the fact it was already in the process of being made!)

he started with 2-sheets of plywood. 

This is what it looked like before sanding and paint :)

Finished Paint Job!!! Oh how I LOVE having a handy-man for a hubby :) it literally took him an entire sunday to finish this :)

1.Daddy made the Bench with cubby holes for her books/cuddle balnkets

I am so excited and overwhelmed with the love and memories I will be capturing for these families. It warms my heart to know how much these people appreciate me helping them capture these moments. I honestly hope I get to keep doing this as a career. It has been really hard for me to get my name out there, but the word of mouth is a Powerful thing.
